Maintenance entiles the user to technical support for one year.
All users with a current technical support contract will receive a free update to the current version on request.

General Information
Licensing
A Departmental licence is usually in a single building and part of a larger organisation.
A Site licence covers all departments at one address.
Switching Platform
Users with a current version may upgrade from one platform to another by paying the current difference in licence fee.
Multi-Item Discount
Where multiple licences are purchased in a single order, a 50% discount is available for all but the most expensive. There is a further discount of 50% of the net price (after other discounts) for educational or personal (non-commercial) use. No discounts are available for technical support.
Updates
Updates are priced at 50% of the licence cost.
Delivery is by download
Maintenance
Maintenance must be purchased retrospectively but can be backdated for more than a year. If it works out cheaper, a customer may backdate maintenance rather than purchase an update.
